Installation Process

You will need to have a reliable internet source with a 500mbs minimum service. (Fiber provides the best results.) Omnivision recommends you have a Firestick 4K MAX or ONN 4K PRO in order to install the app. You can have up to 5 TVs running concurrently per subscription and will need to have a Firestick or ONN for each TV. Your devices do not need to reside within the same house, so this is ideal for snowbirds or families who like to travel.

After you install the devices on your TVs, you can purchase the Omnivision subscription from the website. Installation instructions will be emailed to you, or you can contact us and set up an appointment to provide phone support to guide you thru the process. You will receive your installation sign-in information after your account has been activated.

Included in your Omnivision Service


  • Up to 5 devices can be connected to one account
  • VOD library with over 10,000 movies and TV shows
  • 290 channel TV guide with all your national TV channels including all pay channels like HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc.
  • Access to over 3500 local and national channels
  • Access to over 150 sports channels including NFL Network, MLB Network, NHL Network, and the NBA Network
  • VOD sports package automatically records sports to watch in the future
  • Newly released movies every week, including some still playing in your local theaters 


Refund Policy

Omnivision's Refund Policy - Refunds are only given if the client has followed all steps to resolve the issue. 

  • No refunds are given after 48 hours of service 
  • $50 Program Fee is nonrefundable
  • Service refund will be prorated based on usage
  • Customer has to have made all efforts to resolve issue prior to requesting a refund
  • Contact Jody Ashley at 317-402-5979 for all return requests
  • Refund check will be mailed to customer address
