We are aware that at times our platform has technical issues and can be frustrating. With that in mind, we have been looking for ways to provide a better experience but still keep the costs down for our clients. The Omni SuperBox is a new device being offered as an option to make your viewing process more reliable. It is not required to switch to the Omni SuperBox to continue to use Omnivision.

Omnivision is a powerful and reliable platform, and we’re excited to make it even better. One of the most requested features has been Closed Captioning. With the introduction of our new IPTV service on the Omni SuperBox, closed captions are now available on approximately 95% of all programming.
Another top request from our clients was the ability to pause live TV. With the Omni SuperBox IPTV service, you can now pause live television and rewind up to 7 days, so you’ll never miss your favorite shows.
All new services are provided at no additional cost. We simply require a refundable deposit for the equipment supplied.

How to Sign Up
The Omni SuperBox will be available to all Omnivision subscribers starting January 15th. An active annual Omnivision subscription is required.
A fully refundable $250 deposit is required for each Omni SuperBox ordered. Your deposit will be refunded in full as long as all equipment is returned within 30 days of canceling your Omnivision service.
To order, contact us by phone or complete the form below. Once your deposit is received, we will ship a fully programmed Omni SuperBox to the address you provide.
If your Omnivision subscription is canceled and the equipment is not returned, an additional $150 fee will be charged to your account to cover the cost of the equipment.
